- Oleg Nikolayevich, sometimes I get the impression (especially when starting to take a sober view of himself) that the imitation of activity - almost indiscriminate phenomenon. But then I pick up another article or book on business, and doubts - but not fancy it? Because companies operate, profits are growing, developing markets (interview took place five months before the world crisis - YS). What, in your opinion, the real scale of this phenomenon?
- Although the research on simulation activities not carried out - at least, I do not know about them - many people businesses are aware that this phenomenon really exists. In private business, it occurs after all a little less, because a private business allows a person a little more freedom to realize their potential. State opens for business simulators more space, as based on the "generosity" speechless taxpayers. Either way, the phenomenon is the place to be for enterprises of all forms of ownership. It is difficult to find a company fully back from the simulators and simulation of business processes.
- Did time scale of this phenomenon?
- I look with cautious optimism on the ability of mankind to change for the better. - What is the danger of such a leader is to his business?

- Do you believe that over time the number of manipulations in our world is diminished?
- People will always be vulnerable to manipulation. Channel manipulation can be called differently: systems, attractors, or pendulum, as in the books Vadim Zealand. But the point is that the pendulum will always try to grab human energy.
Another thing is that the general awareness of people increases. People, whatever one may say, are getting smarter. Children start with higher levels than their parents. And if you compare the entire period, the difference becomes obvious even to the skeptics. While people were busy survival and satisfaction of basic needs - they have not had time to think about their own interests and to discuss the orders of superiors. Now is the time for that is there, so the systems have to work thinner and set himself at the service of scientific, technological and cultural achievements. - What do you mean by "more subtle manipulation"?

– Хороший вопрос… Не возьмусь оценивать западный бизнес – для этого нужно жить и работать в его контексте. А по поводу отечественного бизнеса скажу следующее. К сожалению (а может, и к счастью), на данном этапе наблюдается некое равновесие, не столько количественное, сколько качественное: рынок позволяет хорош зарабатывать и так, и эдак. С одной стороны, по-прежнему процветают компании, отношения в которых построены на жестких манипуляциях персоналом и клиентами. С другой стороны, все больше компаний добиваются успеха, опираясь на равноправный диалог и партнерство. И та, и другая модель может приносить прибыль. Но с тем же успехом может оказаться убыточной – если будет проводиться в жизнь недостаточно последовательно и профессионально. Так что выбор модели в наших условиях пока лежит, скорее, в области моральных, нежели рыночных категорий.
«Лечение»
– Что делать бизнесмену, который хотел бы реализовать свой истинный потенциал?
– Прежде всего, не нужно застревать в одной сфере деятельности, даже если она дает массу бонусов. Нужно постоянно задавать себе вопрос: «Как я работаю, по любви или по принуждени.?» – и смещаться в те сферы деятельности, о которых вы можете искренне сказать: мне это нравится, я хотел бы этим заниматься, я это люблю. Второй важный признак – преуспеяние: работа должна приносить профессиональные результаты. Фигурально выражаясь, мало с душой и выдумкой изготовить новый логотип компании – важно превратить его в успешный бренд.
– А как определить, в чем я могу добиться успеха?

Совсем недавно моя ученица заявила, что осознала себя в качестве фрилансера, свободного консультанта, что ей всегда будет тесно в рамках фирменной структуры, какие бы комфортные условия для нее не создавались. И это очень важный выбор: каждому человеку на пути к личному успеху нужно определить приемлемую для себя меру свободы и ответственности. Точно так же бывает важно понять, что деятельность, в которую вы инвестировали много времени и сил, себя исчерпала. Например, в одной из моих обучающих программ участвовала женщина, бухгалтер-экономист по специальности, которая долго пыталась сделать карьеру в банковской сфера. Ухватив азы психологии, она вдруг поняла, что это и есть ее призвание. Сейчас она заканчивает обучение в области гештальт-подхода и уже зарабатывает деньги новой профессией. А иногда люди делают разворот на сто восемьдесят градусов совершено спонтанно. Один мой знакомый после техникума достаточно долго проработал автомехаником – и все эти годы практически не вспоминал свое детское увлечение фотографией. Потом как-то познакомился с девушкой, которая увлекалась конным спортом, и попытался запечатлеть ее для домашнего фотоальбома. К собственному удивлению обнаружил, что фотографии у него получились получше средненького любительского уровня. Начал снимать скачки – результат оказался еще лучше. И тогда он понес свои работы в газету… Сегодня это высокооплачиваемый и уважаемый спортивный фотограф, которому редакции заказывают репортажи с мировых чемпионатов и олимпийских игр. И он это заслужил, поскольку не отмахнулся по привычке от своего первого маленького успеха, а имел смелость пойти за ним. Страх неудачи – это еще одна распространенная ловушка, из-за которой многие люди выбирают вместо настоящей жизни ее имитацию. Выше я говорил о людях, попадающих в бизнес по ошибке. Но примерно в той же пропорции встречается обратная ситуация. Человек создан для предпринимательской деятельности, но считает ее не слишком стабильным источником дохода. Из страха подвести семью под монастырь он имитирует за мизерную зарплату работу на предприятии, чья продукция давно никому не нужна.
– Как действовать бизнесмену, который пришел к выводу, что для него некомфортна манипулятивная среда, исторически сложившаяся в компании?

От вас требуется, ни много, ни мало – правильно распределить людей. Распределить их так, чтобы воцарилась своего рода «конституционная анархия», когда каждый занимается тем, что ему нравится, а компания в целом является лучшим коллективным специалистом на рынке.
