1. изначально высокая степень вовлеченности и заинтересованности потенциальных исполнителей в бизнес-цепочках;
2. изначально высокая степень ЭНТУЗИАЗМА (но лучше всего – ЗДОРОВОГО ФАНАТИЗМА) потенциальных исполнителей в бизнес-цепочках;
3. возможность контроля производимой работы;
Добавлю от себя, что сервисная сеть «прямых продаж идей» как прототип уже существует в виде несогласованных друг с другом интернет-сервисов – достаточно их интегрировать в нечто общее и целенаправленное. Это сайты по поиску работы, сайты фрилансерской тематики, блоги, специализированные форумы и т.д. Задачу интеграции, создания первой платформы «прямых продаж идей» или, если хотите, создания «креативного класса» могли бы взять на себя ведующие поисковые порталы наподобие Яндекса, Рамблера, Мэйла – либо какой-то новый игрок.

А если вы не хотите рассматривать свои идеи в контексте рынка (т.е бизнеса) – вы в абсолютном большинстве случаев просто лишаете их жизнеобеспечения.
2abc: у Вас очень жесткие «фильтры» на глазах, из-за чего Вы пропустили мимо сознания суть сказанного. Я как раз пишу о том, как ПРИБЛИЗИТЬ авторов идей к бизнесу, а сам бизнес – к потребностям покупателей. Ибо на самом деле в большинстве случаев бизнесмены дают жизнеобеспечение идеям не из желания угодить потребителю (рынку), а по инерции сложившихся в их компаниях бизнес-процессов. Попробуйте «попросить» у любой известной компании что-то очевидно полезное для себя и других потребителей – и вы увидите, как элегантно они Вас отфутболят.
